When are they going to get rid of Rick Hoppes? He has been "acting" fire chief for almost a year now. He wasn't qualified then and he isn't qualified now. It's time for the city council to take action.
ReplyDelete7:11 PM I've know Hoppes for a long time and he is the laziest person that has ever worked at the fire department and for the city.
