ANNAPOLIS, Md. - A Maryland appeals court says the rights of parents to control who visits their children applies to siblings.
The Maryland Court of Special Appeals, the state's intermediate appellate court, issued the ruling late Monday.
The court says parents have the right to decide the care, custody and control of their children. The court says it could not impose a third-party visitation against their wishes.
