30-foot Crash Test Dummy Unveiled At MVA In Glen Burnie

GLEN BURNIE, Md. -A 30-foot-tall crash dummy is at its new home on the lawn of the Motor Vehicle Administration headquarters in Glen Burnie.

The statue, bought with federal funds for this summer's Artscape festival, was unveiled Tuesday. The dummy is posed buckling a seatbelt.

    There are changes going on at MVA that most of you are not aware of and will never be made aware of because they don't necessarily affect you individually.
    However, I can tell you that these changes I'm referring to are making the MVA employees do less and less work for individuals and dealers alike.
    They still have furloughs for their employees but yet they keep spending money on stupid stuff like this!
    I've been told that the Salisbury MVA is coming up for a remodel as well. Really Maryland?
    Talk about WASTE of taxpayer dollars! Ridiculous!
