Why You Should Be Outraged About The Ruling To Keep The National Defense Authorization In Effect

On Tuesday a federal appeals court ruled the government can indefinitely detain anyone, at least until the courts decide whether to permanently block or confirm the indefinite detention clause (i.e. §1021) of the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act.
That the NDAA is fully enforceable right now is scary enough, but the details of the ruling are truly bothersome to those that have been following the rulings in the case.

  2. WHY would a POLITICIAN speak up? They live a life of luxury, are protected by a small army of men who will kill you in a heartbeat, don't like to actually TOUCH the serfs, vote themselves every kingly benefit and pay raise possible, and, like the police, have carte blanche to do whatever they wish, legal or not. WHY would they worry about OUR rights? They spit on the Constitution, trash the Bill of Rights and spend MOST of their time, not "representing" us, but courting rich donors for MORE bribes so as to perpetuate their thievery. Even the courts, who KNOW BETTER, merely rubberstamp laws that directly and clearly violate the above-noted documents. Who says ANYTHING? ONLY the people, but the NDAA is designed to shut "we, the people" up. Keep cheering. Your slavish devotion to showing these Nazi's what "goot citizens" you are won't save you --- you ain't in the club. You just think you are....which is EXACTLY what they want you to believe.
