A scathing new ad released by the Tea Party Victory Fund Super PAC enlists the “Obama phone lady” to slam President Barack Obama’s economic record.
“Have Barack Obama’s policies empowered or enslaved Americans?” the ad begins.
The shot then cuts to the “Obama phone lady” who says everyone who is a “minority” in Cleveland got an “Obama phone.”
Most of me feels sad that somebody who is very likely developmentally disabled is being exploited for the advantage of another.

She's not "developmentally disabled" 2:25. She's a product of her environment. Go and volunteer at area organizations that help the low/no income and you will see many like her. If you don't want to volunteer than just go on over to the courthouse and you will see her type all day long there too.

She is dumb in purpose, and developmentally disabled by her own energetic efforts and free will. She could have chosen a higher route, but did not.
