Power Just Went Out In Delmar

The power just went out on Delmar. The Delaware side is worse. Food Lion and WaWa have no power.

    Power Line is down on Jewel Street. The town's Facebook page is urging people to avoid Jewel Street and also Pennsylvania Avenue, which is flooding.
