BRUNSWICK, Md. - Frederick County officials say a 15-year-old boy has been charged with assault for bullying a high school student who was about to be interviewed on the subject by a television news crew.
The teenager, who has not been publicly identified, has been referred to the Department of Juvenile Services.
This may have worked out well.I hate everything about bullying, but at least the bully is now in the system where his problem can be addressed & possibly avoid a life in and out of jail.
ReplyDeleteLike Juvenile sevices is going to do anything.
ReplyDeleteNothing can be rehabbed in jail. It is a anti-social learning environment only.
ReplyDeleteA bully will stop bulling the first time he or she gets the crap kicked out of them. I find that an anesthesia dart from a silent blow gun from 20 or 30 feet works great. Truly you can get 10 off in 30 seconds.
