PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. - The fight over a proposal to allow exports of liquefied natural gas from a southern Maryland terminal is heading to court.
Both sides are asking a Calvert County judge to rule in their favor before trial. A hearing is scheduled Monday afternoon in Prince Frederick on the motions.
