Home Sales Tax 2013

When does your home become part of your health care? After 2012!

Your vote counts big time in 2012, make sure you and all your friends and family know about this !

HOME SALES TAX

I thought you might find this interesting, -- maybe even SICKENING!

The National Association of Realtors is all over this and working to get it repealed, -- before it takes effect. But, I am very pleased we aren't the only ones who know about this ploy to steal billions from unsuspecting homeowners. How many realtors do you think will vote Democratic in 2012?

Did you know that if you sell your house after 2012 you will pay a 3.8% sales tax on it? That's $3,800 on a $100,000 home, etc. When did this happen? It's in the health care bill, -- and it goes into effect in 2013. Why 2013? Could it be so that it doesn’t come to light until after the 2012 elections? So, this is ‘change you can believe in’?

Under the new health care bill all real estate transactions will be subject to a 3.8% sales tax.

If you sell a $400,000 home, there will be a $15,200 tax. This bill is set to screw the retiring generation, -- who often downsize their homes. Does this make your November, 2012 vote more important?

Oh, you weren't aware that this was in the ObamaCare bill? Guess what; you aren't alone! There are more than a few members of Congress that weren't
aware of it either.

VOTERS NEED TO KNOW..

  1. Nancy Peloser was right - they had to pass the bill before anyone read it....or it might not have been passed.

  2. Thats just the tip of the iceburg. There are 23 other new taxes to go along with that one in the Obama care bill. It must be repealed by repealing Obama and any other Democrat running for office in 2012.

  3. I wonder if Obama will sent a check of 3.8% on the money they lose when they sell their house at a loss.

  4. There's something wrong with political parties getting .gov web addresses.

  5. Heaven forbid they should actually raise taxes to pay for stuff.
Unlike that social security drug benefit passed by the last administration which still has no taxes to pay for it. Just keeps adding to the debt.

  6. I think the idea is to stop paying for "stuff" unless you can afford it.
    I want a Rolex, I'm stuck with a Citizen.
    Likewise, If I can't afford a phone, I didn't earn it.
I do not expect you to buy one for me and pay the monthly.

  7. Are all the Obama voters ok with this or dont they even know?

  8. Yes the Obama voters are ok with this. I wish that the posting told more than half the story. It leads you to believe that EVERYONE will pay this tax if they sell their house. Not true. There will be a surtax on investment income for those making over a certain amount. Not the average working class family.

  9. Just another way to screw seniors as they are the ones most likely to sell their homes to downsize their living expenses. We must elect Romney who will repeal obamacare.

  11. 4:09 Obama voters?? hell they welcome this stuff more freebies for them at the expense of the 53%

  12. 451 is delusional. Paul is the only one who would repeal it. That's who I'm voting for. the resulting election will be self healing. Vote Paul or wait another 4... like I have been doing for 40 years.

  13. 8:08; such a shame you insist on voting this way. of course you know paul won't win and this is really another vote for obama; the muslim, marxist.

you're as useless a teats on a boar hog...

  14. Its not a big deal beacuse most of obamas supports have APARTMENTS paid for by you and I (homeowners and taxpayers). Thanks, peolsi. We are actually finding out whats in the bill now, but I'm pretty sure that was YOUR job. If we have to find out what is in the bill AFTER it passes, why do we need people like peolosi? REVOLUTION, people. Its coming. Its just a question of when and how much we will take before "we, the people" stand the hell up.
