Don't Cry For Us, Mitt Romney

Mitt Romney and the GOP establishment desperately need a few million votes in order to beat Obama in the 2012 General Election. The GOP could have had most of the Ron Paul voter support if Romney had named either Ron Paul or Rand Paul as his VP running mate.

Had the Romney Campaign held in check the Republican Party leadership's goon squad that made a mockery of the democratic process in the Republican Party primaries and caucuses as well as the national GOP convention, Romney might have captured 50 percent or more of Ron Paul voters and supporters, even without a Paul on the ticket. But he didn't and actions always have consequences.

  4. Properly registered voters can vote for anyone they choose, or abstain, but assuming Ron Paul supporters have an intense dislike of the current administration's policies and theories they surely must know that any action which does not advance Romney's chances benefits the current maladministration.

  5. I still have my Ron Paul sign in my yard, and it will be there until Nov. 7th. I would add a Nobama sign if I were able to find one; they are rare.
I really don't know yet if I can, after 40 years, vote for Romney, and really don't want to contribute to the possibility of letting Obama have another 4 years, but that's exactly the dilemma the Republican Party THEMSELVES!

  6. Barry will win again. Romney did not choose Paul because he knew the ticket would win. Romney was told to choose Ryan instead.

It is not Red's turn to win. It is still Blue's turn to damage our once-great Nation. Soon enough, it will again be the Red's turn to destroy Amerika . . . Just as Dubya so politely did.

  7. I have to agree with 156PM. All the crooked news media has everything thinking OBAMMMY is leading the way but after the debate the other night, many folks definately changed their minds about him. (for the worse) What a stupid moran of a President we have...

  11. 739, keep chanting that. I've heard that chant in every campaign in the last 40 years, and now, again, look at the "choice" we have in front of us. Guess what will happen this time 4 years from now? There will be half the people sick of whoever wins this time and half holding out another piece of cr__ candidate saying "a vote for anyone else is a vote for the present administration!"

The cycle must be broken at some point, because now elections are meaningless.

    Ron Paul 2012.
