yup, and if you were actually smart you would know that when they passed that one bill back in 2008, it gave banks free reign to take or steal money from borrowers, buy foreclosing on them and taking their money... And provided it wasn't a harmful play, it is all legal... Just ask the lawyers in florida...
ReplyDeleteBasically, it is NOT against the law for a bank to take money from someone period... which is why no one has been jailed for the banking crap... and if you think these little post or things in the media mean anything, well they don't because it isn't the right person going to jail... meaning, like this posting, they gave a bankster 3 years and to the bank robber got 15 years... one took 100 bucks the other took 3 billion...
If I am wrong then YOU GO FIND THE EVIDENCE AND PROVE I AM WRONG...

ReplyDelete340-You make no sense. Those that have a home mortgage do not yet own "their homes", and if they stop paying the bill, they lose it. Nobody has been jailed/criminally prosecuted because the Obama administration has no backbone. Over 3,000 criminal cases were brought against bankers after the S&L crisis. But Obama was bought off and has no reason to. Check out Jon Corzine, stole over a billion from investors, but since he is one of the biggest campaign bundlers for Obama, nothing has happened to him.
