President Barack Obama promised that Obamacare would cut family health insurance premiums by $2,500 by the end of the first term--but instead they have risen by $3,000, according to a new Kaiser Family Foundation study cited by Investor’s Business Daily.
The cost of health insurance today is more than 50% higher than Obama promised it would be--and the costs are expected to continue to rise as Obamacare is impemented.
John Merline of Investor's Business Daily notes the rising costs specifically contradict a campaign promise Obama reiterated several times, including in debates with Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) and at events along the 2008 campaign trail.
People with business backgrounds warned us of this when the law was passed. The only way out of breaking our Country more than it is already is to repeal Obamacare. Obama set out to destroy America as we know it. And DINGBAT Democrats will still vote for him. We are in trouble people.
ReplyDeleteApples and Oranges...the bill passed was delayed significantly and ended up with some giveaways to the insurance companys and drug companys at the behest of REPUBLICANS. If The Affordable Healthcare Law would have been passed timely and in tact his statements would be accurate. Try a little reseach of your own and not just regurgitating false soundbites from hate radio and Faux News.
ReplyDeleteNot to mention most of the provisions haven't even gone into effect. Hard to judge the success or failure of a policy before its enacted.
ReplyDeleteher face is so full of plastic, Nancy can't even smile...
ReplyDeleteThis is just the next hustle to get the next corporation in line fatter, to make us even more dependent on our wonderful government. War on drugs, war on terror, carbon taxes, bank bailout, derivatives, obama/romney care. Money is the root of all evil.
ReplyDelete2:15 is a cool aid drinker for sure. They haven't enacted the bill fully because he wants to be re-elected first you dunce. They know this will destroy the free market and force us all on government run healthcare.
ReplyDeleteJust another form of corporationism/fascism
ReplyDeleteThe people Barry works for are making more profits.
ReplyDeleteEverything is going EXACTLY as planned.
Perfect
4:52 you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about.
ReplyDeleteThe health care act has NOT been even close to fully implemented.
