The Herald-Mail of Hagerstown ( http://bit.ly/Q0yr7k) reports the 2013 Hagers- Town Town and Country Almanack released Tuesday predicts two December nor'easters. The first snow could fall as early as Nov. 28, and it could snow through the end of March
Be prepared for the sob stories of "poor and elderly" who can't afford heating oil just like last year. But they can pay for cable, internet, etc......
