Delaware Adopts New Seasons, Possession Limits For Black Sea Bass

DOVER - DNREC Secretary Collin O’Mara has signed an order broadening recreational black sea bass regulations for Delaware. The new regulations, which become effective Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012, include new open seasons and possession limits.
