Burglary on Railroad Ave in Pittsville. HOMEOWNERS HAVE BURGLAR DETAINED!! Sheriffs Dept in route. Awesome!

    I hope he's not holding them at gunpoint; or he will have it taken away for over a year and the burglars will be able to file assault charges against him anytime during that year. Talk about a B.S. law!

    Hardly anything that happens in Pittsville is ever reported on 'BOC. Luckily, not much happens out here which is nice.
