ReplyDeleteBaltimore may be 3rd, but they are trying hard to get to #1. Had the displeasure recently of driving through the worse parts of Baltimore and was sickened to see how they live. Garbage everywhere! People hanging around doing nothing but waiting for the next Obama check. Dam Democrats!!!
