Baltimore Ranked Third Dirtiest City In America

Baltimore comes in at No. 3 on a list of dirtiest cities in America, according to Travel and Leisure magazine.
Travel and Leisure readers ranked 35 metropolitan areas total, based on factors like overall cleanliness, smoking in public areas, and littering.
As for Baltimore, readers are pointing to the city's "army of cats" and an uptick in complaints about rats roaming the streets.
City officials on Wednesday said people's behavior is to blame.

    Baltimore may be 3rd, but they are trying hard to get to #1. Had the displeasure recently of driving through the worse parts of Baltimore and was sickened to see how they live. Garbage everywhere! People hanging around doing nothing but waiting for the next Obama check. Dam Democrats!!!
