As you can see the one building is almost completely gone with the exception of the back wall that faces the river. There's a slight chance they'll take that wall down today but soon enough we'll be able to see the river for good. Things are moving along well.
I can only assume that David Miller has received payment on the building and will start paying back money that he owes people. That was always the excuse" waiting on the Feldmans building to sell." I wiling spend it til I see it- lol!
Didn't I read that Palmer bought the property for $5000? The former owner won't be paying many bills with that. Not that the property was worth more than that, just sayin'
I drove by there today, it will be nice to see the river from that view
