  5. Putting a 50/50 solution of white vinegar & water on sunburn. You smell like a salad but the sunburn looses most if not all of the burning.

  6. one of my father's favorites -- have a cold, put onions in your socks -- the impurities of your body will by absorbed by the onions. the onions are disgusting in the morning!

  14. Does anyone know how to get rid of fleas? I would appreciate any advice.

  15. 7:18 Flea bombs work inside the house. Take all your bedding *sheets/blankets pillows* to the laundromat and wash them there while you are using the flea bomb in your house. Make sure you vacuum around all the corners and everywhere else after you use the flea bomb. Throw that vaccum bag out when done. If you have dogs comfortis works great (they don't make it for cat). If the fleas are really bad you can use both comfortis and the flea drops *alternate the pill at the beginning of the month and the drops in the middle of the month*
    We have less problems now since we got rid of the carpet and installed hardwood floors.
