Rosie O'Donnell Suffers Heart Attack, Gets Stent

Rosie O'Donnell says she suffered a heart attack last week and is "lucky to be here."

The 50-year-old comedian detailed the experience on her blog Monday, saying sudden nausea, aches and other symptoms pushed her to do an online search for "women's heart attack symptoms." She took a few aspirin and went to a cardiologist the next day.

Why don't you just shut up, dry up (and out), and blow away.

  7. 2:05 obviously pretty good since her private insurance plan provided her with the medical care she needed and saved her life. Any more questions?

  8. I'm not bashing, I'm stating the obvious. It's ok to thump your bible and be a god fearing christian as long as it meets your interests. However, when a gay female has a heart attack or the President goes to church, all christian values get set aside. You people use the bible the same way you want to use constitution - to suit your needs. It doesn't work like that.

No thanks, I don't want to go back to Russia. I like it here just fine.

  9. I seen the stent she got. It was the rear spring out of a tractor trailer.

  10. I doubt if under obamacare she would even have gotten a stent put in until she lost weight. The way they figure it she high risk for having other health problems so why waste money on her.
You think I'm kidding? Read it. It's all about preventing and not the kind of prevention everyone is thinking like early detection.
More along the lines of preventing the risk factors that cause heart disease, diabetes, etc and if you don't conform treatment may not be an option.

You must have a very old tractor trailer.

Or maybe you just don't know what you're talking about.

  14. She needed to go to an ER right after she took the aspirin. This is nothing to fool with or wait till tomorrow. All ER's have access to a cardiologist.
