Maryland's secretary of state has certified ballot language for seven statewide questions voters will decide in November.
Secretary of State John McDonough on Monday certified language for three constitutional amendments, three referendum petitions and a referendum on the expansion of gambling.
Voters will decide whether to allow same-sex marriage and in-state tuition for illegal immigrants under certain circumstances in 2 of the referendums. The other referendum asks voters whether they approve of the state's congressional redistricting map.
