Governor's Response To Change Maryland, Wall Street Journal Riddled With Errors, Falsehoods, Omissions

In Remarkable 48-hour period, O'Malley Attacks Change Maryland, Comptroller, Governors, Mitt Romney, WSJ

Annapolis
- While Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley completes a political crusade at the GOP convention to get TV exposure as an Obama campaign surrogate and in preparation for his own 2016 Presidential bid, Administration staff here at home have another agenda. Using state resources, the Administration launched another personal, partisan and political attack yesterday against Maryland’s largest citizen organization in response to a Wall Street Journal article that angered the Governor.

In response to numerous political attacks on Change Maryland, The Wall Street Journal and many others, the organization's Chairman, Larry Hogan, said, "Rather than focus on facts, the Governor once again tries to simply demean the messenger. With our lagging economic performance and record tax increases, the evidence is clear, and grows by the day, that the real aberration in American politics today is Martin O'Malley."

  2. Just a thought, how about doing your job in Maryland first... Are they really going to let this clown run for president next term? That's would be the end of America as we know it.

  3. Remember, when you fail, blame everyone and everything else. It's the Obama/O'malley playbook!

  4. I would agree with you 1:39 except for the fact that omalley has done absolutly nothing positive for this state. He needs to stay away as he has worn out his welcome. His record here in MD proves he is incapable accomplishing anything postive. The democratic party deserves him as they do obama. As far as the rest of the supposed prominent MD democrats they too are a disgrace for not calling out a governor who has spent more money than the last 3 governors combined with no results except to increase the size of the state government which any moron can do. Omalley's record is right there for all to see. He has never done anything postive in his life except suck off the government and the tax payers, which again any moron can do. He know not the first clue as to budgets, job creation, etc. It's beyond and above his capabilities.

  5. Focusing on facts is foreign to omalley. The truth is a stranger to this governor. He is another one who can not tout any of his own accomplishments so his only recourse is to bully and attack.
Nice way to live your life and a great example to his children (sarcasm.)

  7. If he could get any further up obama's you know what, it would be very ugly. Think of all the MD money he has wasted on his trips for this and that. If he had to pull the money out of his pocket, I bet some of those trips would stop. He is a know-nothing, do-nothing, yes man.

  8. All people have to do is look at the pitiful state Omalley has brought Maryland into (a huge deficit) and compare what other states' budgets look like led by Republican governors. Enough said! He's all talk which is full of deceit and lies, just for self gain. God is watching!

  9. I moved out of Maryland years ago. Since then, there have been Republican Governors and Democrat Governors. No change.
    Maryland is still Maryland.
Everyone wants to keep focus on the President and the Governors.
You all have to remember, they only have SO much power. They have a House and a Senate who are the ones who REALLY run the show.
    Pay attention!
