ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - A three-judge panel in Florida has ruled that a
former neighborhood watch leader charged in the fatal shooting of
teenager Trayvon Martin should be granted a new judge in his case.
Florida's Fifth District Court of Appeal ruled Wednesday that Judge
Kenneth Lester should enter a motion to disqualify himself in George
Zimmerman's second-degree murder case.

ReplyDeleteThe whole affair is just sad for both sides. One dead, one ruined no matter how it turns out. A punk up against a cowboy, just terible.
ReplyDeleteVery little being said about the case these days. The family members have fallen by the wayside. They apparently thought some mystery person or group would finance their oddysey of revenge. One can make an argument that this is not about money, but instead principal. If that's the case, why will this ordeal continue until all concerned parties have exhausted their resources and been rendered defenseless?Sounds like a plan to me.
