A 21-Year-Old In Arkansas Was Shot in The Head While Handcuffed In The Back Of A Police Car
A 21-year-old in Jonesboro, Arkansas is dead after he was mysteriously shot in the head while handcuffed in the back of a police car. Chavis Carter was arrested on Saturday for possession of marijuana. According to police, while they were searching Carter's car they heard a gunshot and found Carter dead in the squad car. The odd thing is police reports indicate that two searches of Carter never turned up the alleged handgun that police now claim he shot himself with...while he was handcuffed. Carter's mother is accusing police of killing her son saying, "I think they killed him, my son wasn't suicidial." The two officers involved in the incident have been put on leave and a formal investigation has been launched. This incident comes on the heels of police brutality in Anaheim where a week and a half ago – police shot an unarmed man who was fleeing in the back of the head killing him. That triggered days of demonstrations and unrest in the streets of Anaheim. The last thing police need right now is another incident that makes a local community lose faith in law enforcement.
mysteriously?
ReplyDeletePeople. Who around him at the time has access to many unregistered guns?
Who put him in handcuffs?
Who arrested him for puffing on a god given weed?
He was in custody, incapacitated and under complete control of police.
Police do not miss guns in body searches.
Is anyone so stupid to believe this cop propaganda? Other than cops?
Re-guard less of the situation, they would have seen the person whom shot him had he been shot not by police... But he was shot by police...
ReplyDeleteTHIS IS WHY U HAVE TO PROTECT URSELF AT ALL COST....
It should be easy enough to determine. Police rounds are inventoried. If a round is missing -- no mystery where the shot came from.
ReplyDelete11:21 please keep the comments rolling so we can see exactly how far you will go to protect police.
ReplyDeleteThe gun surely was taken from a buyback program.
All cops have access to these for CYA and Omerta.

ReplyDeleteOnly the rounds issued to the cops for their service weapons are inventoried.
Read 10:15
These crooked cops have access to all kinds of stolen weapons.
Conspiracy theorists everywhere!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, Police do sometimes miss guns on searches, you can actually find videos of suicides while in custody or News stories of guns being recovered by prison intake officers. All you need to do is go look for them.. that is if you have enough time between making tin foil hats.
While I know most cops are not the second coming Einstein I can assure you that no cop can for a minute believe that if he shot a handcuffed suspect, who was seated in a patrol car, it wouldnt come back on him..I dont care what you say about CYA or Omerta, this is way to easy to prove and no way the cop would get away with it..
And finally... 11:53. What is your source??? Cops do NOT have access to buyback, seized, or found guns. I could be wrong I suppose, but I doubt it..
Salisbury PD had someone in custody a few years ago and she managed to shoot herself in the back of a car
ReplyDeleteI have had many perps bring their hands to the front when handcuffed in the rear And yes sometimes items can be missed.
ReplyDeleteOne less scum for the taxpayer to support.
ReplyDelete1:54. Would he still be scum if it was your 21 year old smoking weed. Don't say your son wouldn't do that either.

Judge much? How about leap to conclusions?
Someone was saying something about a lack of morals and no one cares. Wonder where he would get an idea like that
I highly doubt the man shot himself over smoking a joint! seriously? some of you cop lovers need to pull your heads out of your asses! wait until you have the unfortunate pleasure of running up against barney fife with a napolean complex! Cops are not here to protect you. They are here to make money for the government and protect the government from you!
