Tomatoes, Shoes Thrown at Clinton in Egypt

 CAIRO (CNN) -
Egyptian protesters threw tomatoes and shoes at U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's motorcade Sunday and shouted, "Monica, Monica, Monica" as she left the newly reopened U.S. Consulate in Alexandria.

Clinton said she was in the city to answer critics who believe Washington has taken sides in Egyptian politics. There were already vocal protesters at the start of her visit to the consulate, forcing the ceremony to be moved inside.

"I want to be clear that the United States is not in the business, in Egypt, of choosing winners and losers, even if we could, which, of course, we cannot," Clinton said at the ceremony to reopen the consulate, which was closed in 1993 because of budget constraints.

  2. They weren't "wild animals with a pack mentality" when Mubark was ruling. Now that the Islamic extremists have taken over it's chaos. They will quickly have it all "under control"-arrest, trial, execute all in one morning those who are not "pure" enough for their extreme beliefs, fellow Muslims included.

  7. You people are unhinged. You're cheering the actions of the same people you're calling "animals", just because they were directed at an elected official for who you didn't happen to vote? You're not Americans. You're garbage. Trash. I wish you'd all pack up your stuff, wrap it in an American flag and move to Egypt. Then get back to us on what you think. Nevermind. Don't bother. Just stay there.

I guess you are just another ignorant Obama voter, what else would explain your comment about comments being directed at elected official you didn't vote for.

In case you are unaware Mrs. Clinton is not an elected official and has never been elected to anything.

Wasn't she elected as a Senator?

But don't let the facts get in the way of your knowledge.

  12. It's alright 1:37, defend your Egyptian buddies. You're obviously cool with these "animals", so why not go hook up with them and see how good they have it over there in Egypt land? You're an America hater anyway.

You were still wrong. There was no reason for bad sarcasm.

As for being "selected", don't you think it's time to grow up a little and educate yourself more?

  15. What did Hillary actually do as a senator to make things better? What were her accomplishments? Other than being a senator for her resume for a whitehouse bid? Other than that, she too was only a community organizer lol so was I, that doesn't qualify me to run a country or a government department!
