Gardening and taking walks with my animals on my farm.

Yoga is great of mind and body!
My husband has the strongest index finger. All it does is push the darn remote control.
I run up and down my stairs for exercise.
House Cleaning
Treadmill with my earbuds in!
Watching the Communist News Network-CNN and listen to how they lie to the public!

I love when my cat chases me around the house. Great exercise for the both of us.

Reading Salisbury News is the Best form of exercise. Keeps me sharp.
Anything that causes me to sweat is great exercise.

Senior who takes step aroebics and weight lifting 3 times a week. It keeps you alive. You should try it.

I know exercise is good for me. I just can't get motivated.
Anonymous 5:22pm I felt that way today, but once I got started it felt so good. And when you see the results of your work it just keeps you going.
Playing guitar, I have an allergic reaction to other forms including shortness of breath, sweat, fatigue and later various sore area and if gym clothes are involved massive embarassment
