Rt. 13 by Isabella is flooded. Brown Street and Railroad Ave. is flooded. There are many areas typical of flooding in Salisbury are pretty bad. Rt. 13 near Main Street is flooded as well.

ReplyDeleteNo amount of drainage could handle the amount of water that came down. It was coming down so fast and hard at times that I could not even see the building across the street from my work.
