  3. Why can't the cash registers at those lines be programmed to stop at 15 items?

  4. 1:19 PM

Not many of them can count to that many fingers.

  5. 1:19-I got it.You mean the cash register would automatically cut off after 15 items had been scanned.Very good idea.15 items per transaction,so regardless of how many items they had,it would only go to 15.

And then they would pay for those 15 items and start over with the rest of their items.

No fix and it would take even LONGER.

  7. 1:19 and 4:34...Yeah but then they would just say they want to do 2 transactions!

  8. Maybe it will shame at least a few into using a regular checkout.

I don't think people in general have no shame anymore. Or at least I don't see it.

  10. 1:19 hit the nail right on the head. Asking most of the cretans who get in line with too many items to count to 15 would be asking them to attain a higher level of human intelligence than they could possibly achieve.

  14. These are the same people who think yield signs mean for you to yield and turn signals don't apply and when a light turns red, it means speed up and get through.

  15. How many of us have stood in line behind a FAMILY of 4-5, who EACH check 10-15 items FROM THE SAME CART!? They ain't stupid, they are just supremely arrogant and unconcerned about anyone other than themselves. They are used to breaking rules and ignoring common decency. Gimme yo' Independence Card, girl ---I used mines on the crabs we ate yestiday...whatchu lookin at??
