The upstairs neighbor
didn't answer when she called through the door. He'd cranked up the
stereo, the deep bass of the music reverberating through the floor into
the apartment Fonzi shared with her boyfriend.
The door felt unlocked, but Fonzi decided not to open it.
I don't believe her story. Look, a lot of us have lived in apartments, or had neighbors that at one time or another were blaring music. How many times did you ever reach for the doorknob? Never. Knocking? Sure, that's par for the course. Yelling? It's happened. Leaving a note? I've seen it done. Attempting to open the door? Not a chance. She's looking for tv time.
