ReplyDeleteLaw enforcement have been telling them for years how to prevent this but yet they refuse to make changes. This has been going on for over 10 years. They have been told how to stop this but yet they refuse. Its an econmical thing. If I was their insurance carrier I would have dropped them years ago.

ReplyDeleteI believe these incidents are insurance scams/frauds. Someone in my neighborhood just happen to have a brand new piece of equipment (that was exactly the same type that was stolen) the day after one of these previous "robberies". I contacted the business, let them know the persons address. I should have just called the police.

ReplyDeleteHow would you like to insure them. Its been going on for the last 15 years. Nothing RUNS like a Deere, lol As for the farmer comment I think it was a shot at making a joke. The crews that steal these items are far from farmers.

ReplyDeleteFor any person (commenters) to insinuate that everyone working at a business would collectively agree to grand theft, insurance fraud, and all of the lies necessary, in order to hide the truth is crazy. The Tindall John Deere agency is the current family of Marvin Tindall and was originally located in Newark Maryland, back in the 1950's and probably earlier. Marvin was a kind, gentle and giving human being to little kids like myself. (he stood out from the majority of adults) His descendants run the family business today and to try to lay the blame of a thief's stealing (someone else) on the victims of the crime, is asinine. Not everyone in this life makes the conscience choice to lie and steal. One last thing, real farmers are honest, they don't buy stolen equipment, no matter how cheap it might be. We like to call that integrity.

ReplyDeletefarmers don't have to steal , the government gives them anything they want . Not enough rain , too much rain , not enough this and too much of that. Hell they pay them not to grow!
