Seaford, DE- The Delaware State Police have issued a Gold Alert for a missing Seaford, DE man.

Troopers are currently searching for Richard Barnes, 76. Barnes was last seen at approximately 5:00 a.m. this morning at his residence. Richard Barnes is described as a white male, 5’06” tall and 165 lbs with gray hair and brown eyes. He may be operating a red 1997 Saturn SL with a Delaware registration of 229595 and a NY Yankees style plate on the front of the car.

Richard Barnes’ medical condition is such that there is a real concern for his safety.
