Wagner told this officer where she would be and what kind of vehicle she would be in. That information was relayed to an on-duty deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office who responded to the parking lot Wagner texted she was en-route to. The deputy entered the parking lot and located the vehicle matching the description that was texted out. Upon identifying the driver and sole occupant as Julia Wagner of Laurel, DE; she then admitted to having the marijuana in her possession.

The marijuana was packaged and in a sufficient quantity to indicate an intent to sell it.

The deputy placed Wagner under arrest and transported her to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Wagner in the Detention Center in lieu of $15,000.00 bond.

  1. Stop letting the underground get all the money. State regulate and sell. Extra money being lost because of pride.

  2. It's not pride, it's stupidity. Our government over turned alcohol prohibition because it created organized crime and bosses like Al Capone. Prohibition only benefits criminals and corrupt politicians, who can be bought and sold.
