  1. Yes, for pretty much everything except clothing. Why waste gas running around between Ocean City, Salisbury and Rehoboth.

  5. Yes.

Convenience, price, reliability, customer service - all basic elements that are found online.

No more going to a store to try to find an item, then finding the price is higher than elsewhere vs online, immediate price comparisons (plus the wasted expenditure to prop up politician's whimseys), and not knowing if the product isn't right if you're going to be stuck with it (unquestioned returns are fairly standard online), and, rather than some snotty kid who makes it clear you are imposing on their freedom and they'd rather be somewhere else you are dealing with purveyors that want your business and work diligently to earn it.

  8. When I can't find it at an independent local retailer I go to the internet and try to find a mom & pop type place. The greatest part of that is being able to avoid Walmart, Best Buy etc... I love supporting smaller business whenever possible.

  11. Yes, I shop online for some things. It's cheaper & is delivered right to my door. Can't afford to waste gas trying to find a store that has it in stock. Other than clothing, if all else fails go to Ace Hardware.

  12. All the time. Many things are easily obtained by online searches that were once difficult to get.

But be warned: Not everything is a better bargain online. There are many things that are best bought at a local supplier.
