Four hard-working individuals and organizations dedicated to a vision of a caring community are the 2012 recipients of the Salisbury University President’s Distinguished Community Leadership Awards. Their work is celebrated during SU’s 86th year Spring Commencement on Saturday, May 19, at the Wicomico Youth and Civic Center.

Glad recognition was given but I don't think George Whitehead deserves praise. His ignorance of the way the AmeriCorp Shore/Corp Pals is run should have been brought to light when his head person Ms Holden was arrested and told to serve time for embezzelment. I won't give my time or effort to them any longer.
