Michael Lamar Pagson Sr, 41yo of Salisbury was arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine, Use Handgun during Commission of a Felony, Possess a Firearm during a Drug Trafficking Crime, Possession of Firearm by a Felon, Possession of a Firearm after Conviction of a Felony, Possession of a Regulated Firearm by a Felon, Possession of a Regulated Firearm after being Convicted of a Disqualifying Crime, and Possession of Paraphernalia (4 counts).
On May 5, 2012 at approximately 9:06am, officers executed a search and seizure warrant on an apartment located on Emory Court. The warrant was obtained after officers responded to the apartment for a domestic disturbance and observed in plain view evidence of contraband. Evidence was seized that linked Pagson to the distribution of cocaine. In addition, a quantity of cocaine was located on Pagson’s person to indicate distribution of the narcotic. Also found with paraphernalia utilized to weigh and distribute the CDS was a loaded 9mm handgun. A criminal
history check of Pagson revealed that he is a prohibited person by Maryland law to be in possession of a handgun.
Pagson was released to the custody of central booking.
