- First Lady Michelle Obama said at a campaign event in Tucson,
Ariz., on Monday evening that ‘we are blessed” to have her husband as
president, telling the audience that when he sits down in the evening to
read letters that people have sent him about their troubles he
sometimes turns to her and says: "Michelle, this ain’t right. We’ve got
to fix this. We have so much more to do."
“We need to keep moving forward,” Mrs. Obama said.
In the speech,
she also pointed to her husband’s accomplishments in health care,
including making sure children get treated for “things like diabetes
and ashtma,” ensuring women get “prenatal care, mammograms,
contraception at no extra cost,” and guaranteeing that “our children can
now stay on their parents’ insurance until they’re 26 years old."

Sure are. now we know better to ever let a black man as president again.let's just hope we won't ever put Hillary in.
ReplyDeleteno we are not blessed unless you consider our hard lesson learned of electing a radical muslim idiot as potus...That is our only blessing.
ReplyDeleteObama used his color to get elected the problem is he isn't loyal to black people he is only loyal to the communist movement.
ReplyDeleteas a president he should be loyal to the constitution of the U.S. and represent ALL U.S. citizens. this faux prez has not met either of these critera.
ReplyDeleteplease don't let him "fix" anymore.
LOL the comments from you whiners are hilarious. Can't come up with a fact-based argument on why Obama's actions are bad and how the GOP's policies would be better? No prob., just throw out the "evil muslim" "scary racist black man" narrative. Yeah, that works good....
ReplyDeleteWhat a CROCK!
ReplyDelete7:17
ReplyDeletethere isn't room here ...
7:17 "fact based argument"
ReplyDeleteHow about for starters Obama has created more debt in less than 4 yrs then all other presidents combined.
And how about that health care debacle? Everyone will be required to purchase health care and must prove it on their taxes otherwise the IRS will deduct the premiums from any refund money people are owed. I could careless about that because I don't get a refund and have been paying for my own private health care for 30 yrs but I do know some families count on their tax refund money.
7:17 Obama also meddled into the affairs of not only Egypt buy also Libya and now those countries are on the brink of being governed by Muslin extremists. God Bless the woman and girls of those countries.
ReplyDelete7:17 Obama has also decided to enter into "talks" with the Taliban. What's he thinking? The Taliban is going to tell Obama what he wants to hear and do the complete opposite. The Taliban is not going to change their way of thinking just because Obama says so. Their way of governing is barbaric esp toward woman.
ReplyDeleteYou will see the masses of refugees leaving that country-their country which they should not have to leave-because of some ill informed, ill advised clueless president.
Let's see 7:17---how many billions of our money did Obama lend to now bankrupt companies?
ReplyDeleteYou mean to tell me he doesn't even have the sense enough to order a financial background check before lending money to these companies? Real brilliant move wasn't it?
All this talking smack from a woman who "voluntarily" gave up her license to practice law.
ReplyDelete7:17 You are the reason this country has the problems it does and elects people like Nobama.
ReplyDeleteIf you want fact based arguments - read the constitution and the federalist papers. Then look around at what the state and federal governments do that completely go against the way our FREE REPUBLIC was originally established.
Then get off your partisan arse and start working to get our country back to where it was.
808: The bush tax cuts, which did little to create job growth, two wars, and the recession are responsible for the vast majority of that debt increase. Obama's signature spending item (stimulus bill) pails in comparison. And I recall fairly recent history where the right was for gov. healthcare mandates, but that was before they were against it when Obama showed up. Sorry bud, but in the US you have a de facto right to treatment, so hold up your end of the deal by having coverage.
ReplyDelete822, I guess you think that we weren't already talking to the Taliban. Or that Bush wasn't in discussions with insurgents in Iraq. Or maybe you just think the strategy that has kept us bogged down there losing men/women and money for 10 yrs. should continue for another 10.
ReplyDelete810; another prime example of the right "we were for it, before we were against it". Conservatives coined the term "arab spring" and championed the spread of democracy in the middle east. Did you think the US could wave a magic wand and create Utopia overnight there? We were fighting civil war in the US roughly 100 yrs. after our revolution, not to mention all the other major internal conflicts and human rights abuses that were ongoing. But oh, I forget, the idealogues enjoy moving those goal posts when discussing other groups.
ReplyDelete827; both big oil and big ag. have received fed. subsidies over the decades. Many companies in both industries have gone belly up over time. Despite this, the US is a leader in oil production and ag. exports. hmmmm.
ReplyDeleteBTW 808, 810, 822, and 827, thank you x 3 for coming with atleast part of the facts and not resorting to the played out "foreign born socialist secret muslim terrorist" narrative. Seems like if more people across the political spectrum would demand that the politicians stick to the facts and stop listening to the media pundits playing on all of our fears to get ratings we would all be better off.
ReplyDeleteSorry 834, just because I disagree with you doesn't make me "partisan". I call them out on both sides based on the evidence.
8:58 AM Let's not forget the giant Medicare drug plan with no taxs to pay for it, that just keeps adding to the debt everyday.
ReplyDeleteShe must have been speaking at a muslim gathering.
ReplyDeleteWe will be more BLESSED WHEN HE IS FIRED IN NOVEMBER!!!!!!!
