FORESTVILLE, Md. - A 16-year-old Maryland boy is being called a hero
rescuing his elderly neighbors when their house caught fire.
Thankfully Louise Seegars and her husband got out of the burning house in time.
No one was hurt and its all thanks to 16-year-old Justin Bowman.
