Mardela High School Commencment

Joe,

Somebody must pay attention to your blog. I was out around the Civic Center tonight and noticed that Glen Avenue was blocked off for the Mardela High School commencement tonight.

    Or.....there was an oversight and it was corrected. Wouldn't give too much credit to a blog.

    It wasn't blocked off last night for Parkside's graduation.

    That section of Glen Ave may need to be permanently closed off,allowing for 100 or so extra parking spaces.Civic Center patrons would be permanently safer and the drama would end.A study should be made of how many cars actually use that 1/8th mile stretch of road.If I'm not mistaken,there is alternate access to everything on Glen Ave.
