Arraigned at JP3 and committed to Delores J Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution on $1,000.00 secured bail.

Georgetown, DE- The Delaware State Police have arrested a Dagsboro woman in connection with Interfering with Child Custody.

Tara Bertrand turned herself in to Troopers at Troop 4 around 1:00 a.m. this morning. She was arraigned at JP3 and committed to WCI on $1,000.00 secured bail.

Kiera Bertrand, who was not with her at the time of the arrest, was safe with a family member and has been placed in the care of Division of Family Services.
