Suspect: Sarah M. Pfundstein, 21, Crofton, MD
Narrative: On 6 April 2012 at about 3:18 AM a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for crossing the center line and nearly causing a collision. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Sarah M. Pfundstein. During the investigation, the deputy detected an odor of alcohol on Pfundstein’s breath. Field sobriety tests were conducted which led to Pfundstein being
placed under arrest. Pfundstein declined a breath test. Pfundstein was later released with the issuance of citations.

Suspect: Darryl D. Corbin, 24, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 6 April 2012 at about 2:13 AM a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle which was operating without the headlights activated. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Darryl D. Corbin. During the investigation, the deputy detected an odor of alcohol on Corbin’s breath. Field sobriety tests were conducted which led to Corbin being placed under arrest.
Corbin declined a breath test. Corbin was later released with the issuance of citations.

Incident: Trespass/Theft/CDS
Date of Incident: 6 April 2012
Location: Mineola Avenue Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Briece A. Joynes, 30, Westover, MD
Narrative: On 6 April 2012, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported trespassing complaint. The victim reported that the suspect, Briece A. Joynes, had entered their residence without permission. Joynes reportedly departed the residence upon request, but in doing so, stole $50.00 in cash, a plate of food and a pot containing other food. Joynes was located by deputies in the area and the plate, pot and a portion of the food was located, along with the cash. Joynes was placed under arrest. A search of Joynes incident to his arrest revealed a piece of suspected crack cocaine in his pocket.
The deputy transported Joynes to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner placed a $3,000 bond on Joynes.
