Before bill signing, Gov. Martin O'Malley called the cuts to education "really a damn shame." Senate President Mike Miller says "the issue is a lack of trust."
You MUST be kidding! He's just another product out of the mold of MD politics. Franchot is already attacking and labeling citizens as SMUGGLERS who purchase products out of State to avoid MD's high taxes.
What is a damned shame is the citizens of MD elected a spendthrift who is totally out of touch with reality and his constituents A SECOND TIME. Folks, this guy, & his Democratic demagogs must go -now or sooner.
