After years of sniffing around and trying to get the scoop on the person defecating on driveways throughout Elk Creek and Deer Harbor, one homeowner who spent thousands of dollars on camera security finally bagged the poopetrator on camera attempting to do the nasty.For many years the Daily Times had been targeted because of the early morning turds showing up in driveways and mail boxes. However, it turns out it was a jogger. The Sheriff's Department may only be able to charge the man with littering at this point. The man has yet to be charged, (who lives in the neighborhood) therefore I am withholding his name. However, IF it happens again we will, (without a doubt) expose who this individual is in the hopes it will come to an immediate end.
Some are wondering why the Sheriff's Department isn't charging this person with a federal offense as some of this poop has ended up in mail boxes without a stamp on it, if you get my drift.

ReplyDeleteThis is rich!! I'll have to go around the corner to check the house number, but I bet I know him by sight. He likes to "jog" in the middle of the road, and rarely moves for traffic. My guess would be that his attacks are retaliation against those who taunt him or otherwise speak up. He does in fact jog very early, my dog always barks at him.

ReplyDeleteThe morning he was caught, he wasn't jogging. He parked his Jeep in front of someone's house, and the owner thought it was suspicious. He wrote down his tag number and then set up the deer camera. The camera caught him in action!

ReplyDeletehe does it very early in morning. Once ok...but at least 15 times on streets, driveways, curbs, and at the bus stop! Def has issues, there are many places (woods, empty lots, by trees/bushes) but no he dumps so people can see it. Needs a physchologist for sure. If it was just a bowel problem, he should carry a bag to clean up or go in woods. He has some serious problem...stay out of neighborhoods!

ReplyDeleteHe also has dangerous dogs that killed his neighbor's cat on that neighbor's property. He did not call them back until the cat was dead. The dogs responded to his call immediately - highly trained. Those dogs have seriously harassed his neighbor and it is frightful. Always diligent when outside lest those dogs get loose.
ReplyDeleteIt's very disturbing that Ervin found it necessary to crap in the streets and yards of his neighbors. Dog walkers in both Elk Creek and Deer Harbor clean up after their dogs. His claiming to have IBS while out running is a load of "crap". He wasn't out running when he was caught on camera. If that's his story, and he's sticking to it, then he should carry a bag like the dog walkers. Respect your neighbors, their health and their property..human waste is very unsanitary. He should have been slapped with some type of health code violation as well.
