Septic bill clears House committee

A controversial septic bill that passed the Senate late last month was approved by the House Environmental Matters Committee on Wednesday by a vote of 17-7, mostly along party lines.

    I can't for the life of me figure out why the dummies in Maryland keep voting for these people.They would vote Omalley in again if they had the chance.What am I missing here?

    Maryland is a pure Democrat state even if they complain and dont like the spending they vote Democrat its in their blood it CANT be changed
