A second person has been arrested in the videotaped beating of a man on St. Patrick's Day in downtown Baltimore.
Baltimore police say Shayona Davis, 20, was arrested for her involvement in the assault.
Aaron Parsons, the first person to be arrested, turned himself in to police April 15. Parsons was charged with assault, robbery and other crimes.
Police have said they are not investigating the incident as a hate crime.
