House Approves Offshore Wind Bill 88-47, Administration Accused Of Coercion

The House passed the administration’s offshore wind power bill Friday amid accusations Gov. Martin O’Malley secured votes on the House Economic Matters Committee by coercing lawmakers with the state’s disparity grant program.

    One day, people will come to realize that these people get their money by doing things such as installing wind turbines off shore. It doesn't matter a bit whether it works or some benefit is realized. It's simply high priced busy work.

    The only difference between organized crime and Annapolis is an election.
