Michael Schaefer claimed that he was owed $28,000 from the estate of the late William Donald Schaefer.
Schaefer, who now
lives in Las Vegas, said he spent at least that amount for meals and
visits to the former governor, mayor, and comptroller.
He claims in the lawsuit that he had helped the former governor for five years.
