Alert - Counterfeit Currency Showing Up Around Delmarva

At the Shell station on Route 13 - a $50 counterfeit bill just passed and was discovered to be counterfeit. This is not the first time this has happened in and around Salisbury in recent months. There have been reported $5, $10, $20, and $50 dollar denomination bills. The currency appears to be laundered and washed out in an attempt to mask the counterfeit bills.

So keep you eyes on anything that looks to be laundered as it is not real currency.
