    Whats wrong with the picture is there was a time when a vehicle going the wrong way on downtown main st. would have mattered.

    Nothing - downtown Salisbury, do what you want. City government is too busy infighting over petty BS to care what's happening outside.

    Looks like the parking lot at WalMart. No one seems to be able to follow the arrows to go in the right direction!
