Is this a smoking gun that there was no fight, that Zimmerman, and a witness, lied about a scuffle?
(ABC News) The surveillance video, which was obtained exclusively by ABC News, shows Zimmerman arriving in a police cruiser. As he exits the car, his hands are cuffed behind his back. Zimmerman is frisked and then led down a series of hallways, still cuffed.
Zimmerman, 28, is wearing a red and black fleece and his face and head are cleanly shaven. He appears well built, hardly the portly young man depicted in a 2005 mug shot that until a two days ago was the single image the media had of Zimmerman.
The initial police report noted that Zimmerman was bleeding from the back of the head and nose, and after medical attention it was decided that he was in good enough condition to travel in a police cruiser to the Sanford, Fla., police station for questioning. His lawyer later insisted that Zimmerman’s nose had been broken in his scuffle with 17-year-old Martin.

My My My!! Some truth coming out now huh? doesn't look like he is fearing for his life. And doesn't look like he is upset ABOUT TAKING SOMEONES LIFE.
ReplyDeleteMy dog broke my nose. It gushed blood for all of 1 minute. It hurt but not bad. I had no bruising or swelling. It wasn't until 2 weeks later when it was still hurting somewhat and stuffed up and hurt to blow it that I had a CAT scan and it was determined to be broken. No one even knew it was broken. You couldn't tell by just looking at it.
ReplyDeleteSee any gushed blood on his shirt? I didn't think so.
ReplyDeletethe EMTs wouldve cleaned him up. this video is inconclusive. even the commentator mentions that the officer is wiping something off his hand after he touches the sleeves.
ReplyDeletethe facts will come out. let them.
Lets check the police depts vehicilar homicide skills... No wonder the eastern shore doesnt want to release any of those cocealed carry permits. One of those men would be being removed from his squad car with the assistance of an emergency trauma parametic
ReplyDeleteNor do you see where his head was bashed by being slammed into the ground.
ReplyDeleteI didn't have blood on my shirt. It took maybe 3 tissues and then it stopped.
ReplyDeleteIt's probably a broken septum. I've heard of people going for 20 years and not knowing. It will bleed initially but the bleeding will subside quickly with this type of fracture.
ReplyDeleteThe only thing this tape proves is that Zimmerman was cooperative and was not percieved as a threatening person . It is IMPOSSIBLE to determine any wounds from a grainy police video. The police voluntarily released this video, do you think if it incriminated the police they would have done so?
ReplyDeleteBen Rothelsburger had his nose broken on camera during a game and continued to play--other than the initial bloody impact moment it wasn't obvious. This grainy poor quality surveillance video proves nothing.
ReplyDeleteA nasal septum fracture usually bleeds but not always. The lack of blood often causes this injury to go unrecognized and untreated at the time of the injury.
ReplyDeleteI can understand what the commenter is saying about the broken nose. However, if this guys head had been slammed to the ground repeatedly, there would be injury.
ReplyDeleteEven if the paramedics cleaned him up, they would not have allowed his immediate release to the police. They would have taken him immediately to the hospital for tests to make sure there was no brain injury.
This has coverup written all over it.
I don't know if this guy is guilty anymore than the rest of you, but it sure is looking fishy.
I agree this video proves nothing and even if it did NO ONE in the country should be practicing vigilantism. That is just plain wrong and innocent people are being hurt by it. The fallout each day is amazing.
ReplyDeleteNothing can be determined from this video , it is a waste of time to comment on this video.
ReplyDeleteIs anyone other than me sick of hearing about this issue. Let's face it, as long as a black person was killed by a white person, no matter what the cause, it's a racial issue!! jesse and brother al will make sure of that!
ReplyDeleteNot true. It wasn't simply because it was black vs nonblack (or as you say white). The issue is that the KILLER has not been brought to justice to be judged by his peers in a court of law!! Race, stereotypes, etc are secondary issues.
DeleteIf Zimmerman is a "White/Spanish" guy then wouldn't President Obama be considered a White/African American?? Sayin....
ReplyDeleteWow. Maybe we can get people from playing CSI with no experience or ability.
ReplyDeleteMaybe then we can get to the truth of this case and move on.
Maybe
he's not gonna die from two scratches.... he probably wiped his face. ZIMMERMAN IS NOT GUILTY OF HOMOCIDE!!!!!! manslaughter, maybe.
ReplyDeleteTo elaborate on what I said earlier, that Joe won't post since it had links in it I assume, the father first says the voice in 911 call was not his sons'.
ReplyDeleteThen after the audio was cleaned up, (or after talking to his lawyer), he said it is definitely his sons' voice on the call, and that the police were lying when they said he told them it wasn't his sons' voice.
The states atty is the one who decided there was not enough evidence for an arrest or conviction. So stop blaming the police.
Looks like Z is going to get railroaded no matter what the facts are.
It's interesting how Zimmerman's daddy is a judge and the state attorney decided there wasn't enough evidence. The lead investigator was going to charge him with manslaughter. It's also interesting how Zimmerman has a history of violence (assault on a police officer, domestic violence) and the charges were dropped. Daddy to the rescue? Maybe that's why he appeared so relax in the video.
DeleteDon't forget that Martin's girl friend claims to have talking to him on his cell phone throughout the whole ordeal. He must have special skills to have been involved in a fight and hold/talk on a cell phone at the same time. I wonder if she trademarked her name too?

Come on now. You can't be that dumb. She said it sounded like the phone was dropped, or something to that effect.
Does anyone even bother to read anymore? Lord knows they stopped THINKING long ago.
@1114am LMB
ReplyDeleteyou want to talk about Zimmermans history? did you forget the nice little life of crime the thug had too?
The issue is that the KILLER has not been brought to justice to be judged by his peers in a court of law
ReplyDeleteThe states atty decided there was not enough EVIDENCE to support charges or a conviction.
So there could not be any trial. What part don't you all understand?
