O'Malley Wants 6% Tax On Gold

That's right, O'Malley wants to charge a 6% tax on anyone purchasing more than $1,000.00 worth of precious metals.

I TOLD YOU PEOPLE, GET THE HELL OUT OF MARYLAND.

So if you retire and buy gold instead of a 401K or whatever, Maryland will be your 6% partner.

  3. Get rid of him and all his taxes and fees. He's not wanted or needed in Maryland.

  4. Is there not a day that goes by without O-taxamalley wanting more?

  5. I mean seriously does O'malley have a brain in his head? The dufus hasn't come up with any other ways to come up with money other than to implement taxes or raise them. How about coming up with some ways of cutting costs?

Just go and look at what Gov Christie (NJ) has done. That's a brilliant man.

  6. I am getting sick and tired of all the Tax and Spend Dumbocraps!!

  7. I agree that Christie is better than O'Malley but Christie hasn't done anything to bring N.J. back in line with anything that remotely resembles the constitution. You still have to be fingerprinted and a background investigation has to be completed just to purchase a BB gun.

  8. Yes, I agree with you 8:16 his gun control stance is lame.

  9. Maryland is truly a 'Tax Hell'.

That is what Fortune Magazine labeled our illustrious state - and you know what - they were right.

Best to get out of here before it ends up like the abandoned thousands of rowhouses in inner city Baltimore. They can't even give those properties away because of the taxes.

  10. And O'Malley's wife (a judge) could get a huge pay raise this year!

And they all are so stupid and ignorant that they support Obama.

  13. Hey Joe, can you start a list of all the taxes and fee increases that are being bandied about in Annapolis now. Like sales tax,gas tax flush tax, gold tax, boating fees, hunting license and so forth and so on.

  14. To 7:00 a.m.

It might be easier to list the things that are untaxed - as the State has increased virtually everything but the kitchen sink.

  15. Taxation without representation! Seems to me that started a revolution somewhere in the past.

  16. Shh, why did you have to mention the kitchen sink. Don't give them any ideas.

  17. A tax on trading paper money for REAL Money? I'm sure O'Money is stocking up before he can get the bill past himself, the crook.

  18. But liberals feel this is fair because only rich can afford gold.
