Clearly sold out, this annual event keeps growing and delivered spectacular food and entertainment.The Gala was designed mainly to maintain a scholarship for local people interested in becoming a chef. On the other hand, it also allows local restaurants to come together and show off different kinds of food each business provides in their restaurant.
It grows because it is one of the best events of the year here on the Eastern Shore.
